Reservation, Cancellation & Weather Policy

To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Reservation Changes

Guests may request changes to their reservation date, time, or setup up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate requested changes, all modifications are subject to availability and approval.

Requests made within 72 hours of the reservation date may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances. If a reservation is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, changes in plans, or unforeseen circumstances, the retainer will be forfeited.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Weather Policy

As an outdoor beach experience, weather conditions may occasionally impact reservations.

In the event of unexpected rain, high winds, or other weather conditions that may affect safety or the quality of the experience, guests may request to reschedule their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time, subject to availability.

Please note that the 50% non-refundable retainer remains non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or weather-related cancellations. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, refunds will not be issued.

By submitting a reservation and retainer payment, guests acknowledge and agree to this Reservation, Cancellation, and Weather Policy.
